Images must be in GIF, JPG, or PNG formats and can be no larger than 2 MB. Only one file can be uploaded at a time. A description can be included, but it is optional.

Try GFrameCatcher , it uses GTK + GStreamer
qframecatcher and debian lenny testing
qframecatcher worked great with debian etch. but after I upgraded to lenny testing the program does not capture video frames anymore.
qframecatcher does not work with debian lenny testing.
