configuring internet server Static ip infedora core 6

Sir,

I want to install fc6 for internet server , tata Broadband connection , also we have static ip, and we have a DNS server win 2003.
What are the steps to configure internet through FC6 to DNS.

WE HAVE TO CONFIGURE SQUID TO BIFRICATE THE THE IP ADDRESS FOR TWO SECTION.
