Description
DOFUS is a tactical MMORPG with 2D graphics. It is different from most of the other MMORPGs thanks to its tactical aspect. For a video game, it means that fights are turn-based, just like in a chess game. Indeed, each player has to wait for his turn to play. The turn-based tactical aspect of DOFUS stimulates the players' reflection instead of his reflexes and dexterity.

The DOFUS universe somehow reinterprets the Heroic Fantasy classics like the Lord of the Rings and Conan adding in zany humor, manga-inspired pictures and colorful design. Most of DOFUS graphics artists trained as comic strips and cartoons artists. Settings and sceneries of the regions of the World, the atypical bestiary had a lot to do with the scathing and cheeky humor. DOFUS players particularly enjoy this nice, friendly, attractive and entertaining game atmosphere.
