OTRS is an Open source Ticket Request System (also well known as trouble ticket system) with many features to manage customer telephone calls and e-mails. The system is built to allow your support, sales, pre-sales, billing, internal IT, helpdesk, etc. department to react quickly to inbound inquiries. I am hving my attachments removed from my emails in otrs. Would you know why. There is no error message

There is an Attachments Responses link that is supposed to link it to a response. Have you tried that? I haven't personally done it, but it looks like the way to go from the documentation.
Are you using version 2?
